Mumbai Massacre :(

INDIA ..... Well it is time to wake up.. isnt it?? where does our own country of history actually stand at this point of time. Mumbai a city which has seen quite a lot over the years, is forced to experience more!! why??
People can freely walk into five star hotels..restaurants.. and i suppose one of the most crowded railway station of the country and shoot innocent people in the most inhuman manner!!!
why werent we prepared for this?? Is this what we call as shining india?? Why do we always crib, cry, weep & debate after everything happens...?? whats the point...why don we immediately react
Well these questions will always remain unanswered...
We may end up being a superpower ... but wht the f ...we knw it within us tht its juss a DREAM...Juss think bout it... do we deserve to be a superpower????

It's heartbreaking to see all the people who ' ve lost their loved ones and the damage done to our country is irrepairable. What really angers me is that ruthless politicians of our country use incidents like this for their OWN benefit.
it is the uneducated and poor that shape the politics in our country! So the question which arises here would surely be "wht are the educated ppl doin"? Dont you think its a time for the next generaion to lead the country to prosperity? And thats applicable to you , me and evryone who tag themselves as educated!!
What we end up doing?? we end up parkin our ass on the couch.. or you could say we become arm chair analysts lamenting the sad state of affairs the country is goin through!! Or maybe a person like me would juss post my thought on a blog which would be seen by a few friends..
This may sound a bit cliched but common its true... its a fact...
Well i feel ashamed of myself...why??? coz i could do nothin.. but juss do the same as we all did..!!!
Hope we do get an outcome... it iz time for "NATION-BUILIDING"

Next point I would like to make here.. would be draggin the religion factor into all this!!!!!
I TOTALLY DISAGREE WITH ANY ONE AND EVERYONE who say muslims are basically into all this.... well common i've so many frnds who are muslims...here in dubai... nd i do feel their pain whn ppl drag their religion into it!!!
Those extremists are exploiting the religion to fulfill their personal goals. Islam is a religion of peace and any sort of such activities is strictly forbidden in the Holy Quran. These coward people are damaging the image of islam.
The goals of these terrorists are very vague because they think that they are fighting for the religion but actually they are not. Some groups say they are in "Jihad" which is termed as "Religious War" in the media. But, in the Holy Quran, Jihad means 'struggle' but only for doin good to humanity and man kind!!!!!!!(thnks farhan!! all this waz as said by a friend of mine farhan)

it pisses me off so much when i heard these people who have done this cruel mass murder, fuckin sick retards thought they had done it for a good cause and peace..... BULL SHIT they r nothing but a brain washed "extremist murders" who love to kill "the innocent" and justify the act in the name of religion and god.....

We see ourselves as hindus, musilims, christians and only then as indians. We need to stop defining ourselves by the relegion we follow instead we should look at ourselves as Indians first and then anything else. What happened in mumbai was inhumane...whoever did it...whatever relegion or country he came from is not the issue. The issue is the act itself.... and those ***** need to be killed!

Before blaming others(pakistan i mean) i think we should do a self clean up in our own country first.. so thr aint no terrorist entities within india... i suppose thts the first thing we should do before pointing fingers on others.

If my house is dirty, I clean it up first before volunteering to clean up the neighbor's.
hey guys..!!!! it's just a sayin.. nd i totally agree to tht!!! ,,,.... plz dont relate the cleanin part to me~~!!!

Hey m sure there would be different opinions on this post of mine... and please feel free to post ur comments!!
This post in my blog... I consider it as a very special one for me.. coz its not juss my point of view .. but its ur's , the nations.. and the world!!!

Pray for peace!!!!

In Bunkers.....

Allrighty then....i'm strting off in rakshat's blog.... Hoping that this post works well for him, i actually broke a coconut right in front of my PC before i strted.[ :D]

I'll start of lightly with this one incident which i would like to bring to the kind attention of the readers.....(oh and here We/Us=Akshat + Rakshat)

We were in our 1st semester and our friends group was quite a bit different back then...i know rakshat remembers this quite well...dont u dude!!! ;). The group consisted of us, Raghu*, Kishore*, reddy, Kishore's potti and Raghu's Potti(the last two i prefer not naming).
One fine day all of a sudden Raghu comes up to us nd tells us about the joint plan of him and Kishore(with their pottis respectively) to go to a disco(Sparks) in Brigade road. We promptly reminded him about there being only couples entry and 2 guys entering along with two couples was bound to send the wrong signals....[:D]
He said that stags would have to pay 200 bucks, while couple entry was free. An immediate reminder again went from my side tht couples also might have to pay the same amount while stags might  not be allowed in the first place. Brushing aside all objections he convinced us tht it would be a fun day. So along with Reddy the 6 us embarked upon the great journey in.....public bus...thts right....we went to a disco in a Public bus....

Finally the journey ended and we stood in front of the disco, me and rakshat along with reddy being least botherd stood on one side, while Mr. Raghu took charge of procedings and went off to enquire wether stags would be allowed, and prompty returned back shaking his head. Rakshat being a supportive guy he is(although boiling inside with rage, like me) told those guys to go ahead and that we'd roam around in brigade road....We were also partially happy that at last we would be seen around proper chicks(unlike the ones with us).....

Me and Rakshat were 'accha-bacchas' back then and after reaching the opposite end of Brigade road, sweating, stinking and full of pain after so much travel, settled down for a glass of cold Lassi!!!!
No sooner than we had begun attacking our lassi...Rakshat's cell began to ring....it was Kishore... Who told us that even couples entry wasnt free and that they are out of sparks. I cannot actually type the words mouthed off  by rakshat at that moment, due to moral grounds, [:D] but i swear i was not pleased either, neither was reddy, but he thought better and sipped his lassi even faster!!!! We were not at all pleased by the idea of seeing there faces so soon, esp of those two chicks....

They also told us about their next destination, a place called 'bunkers'....
We recieved wrong directions and so went off searching for bunkers in the opposite direction, when finally Rakshat ambushed a guy walking and asked him, wher exactly is this bunkers place. that guy asked us if we wanted the pub 'bunkers', and pointed us to the right direction... We were shocked upon hearing tht it was a Pub....and another round of swearing left Rakshat's mouth, then i reallized even Rakshat had reservations about going to a pub. I was really glad. But thinking about it as a new experience we reached that place and surprisingly found it completly dark and smoky as if it was on fire.... It felt like as if we were in a dungeon.... As we moved further in we saw a scantily dressed chick dancing to some really bad music in the middle of the place, having a ciggy in her hand. She wore a tight......(well lemme not continue about this further [:D], all i'll say is all three of us kept banging into things around us as we could not look away from her...[:D]).....

As we continued to fumble our way inside, we saw some hands waving. Thinking it to be those guys we moved furhter in and sure enough in the far end we saw the 'GANG' sitting happily and guzzling beer. As we got together i noticed tht we were 1 member short. On closer examination we found we were 2 members short and 1 extra person had come in. The person was, well, Rakshat knows her....dont you dude...Bhabiji!!![;)] She was so glad on seeing rakshat, in fact i could see the glow on her face even in the darkness and an under-the-breath swear left rakshat's mouth. We saw the missing people were raghu and his potti, Rakshat tapped my shoulder and pointed, looking around we saw them sitting in another table nearby, hand in hand....I canot tell u guys how disgusted i felt seeing them holding hands and drinking Beer(not that i have any problems with a couple holding hands, just tht they looked so imperfect) Anyways the three of us sat down and started looking at each others face, mentally asking what to do next(of course with bhabhiji luking at rakshat's...[:D]).... Not surprisingly we were offered beer promptly which all three of us generously declined. Then reddy started to tell his own story, when one day he passed out after having just one sip. All the more reason to stay away, right. I was thinking if we pass out these guys will easily carry Rakshat home but they'll not be able to lift me also. They continued to force us and told tht reddy is just a freak, as nobody  getts 'talli' after 1 sip. They continued to force us harder. I was the first one to break, as i had just turned 18 the prev. day [:)], and no sooner i brought the mug close to  my mouth a stinking odour hit me....Yuck!!!! how could anyone drink this!!! I eventually did and almost puked after the first gulp, at that point i realized i wasnt beer material. Rakshat was up next and fared even better, he just smelled the mug and nearly threw up handing the glass back quickly!!!! [:D].... Reddy didnt break and didnt even touch the mug.

Probably the biggest surprise was to see the 'chicks' drinking, in college they were the most gharelu type, wearing a behenji kurta, but out thr they were drowning mugs after mugs, their eyes getting redder and redder..... After, what felt like, an eternity everybody decided to leave we agreed too, as that girl had just stopped dancing and was packing her stuff. Rakshat seemed the most hard hit when she stopped...[:D].... Anyways the happy couple who were sitting alone joined us and and as soon as we strtd to leave entered 'Raman' supporting a huge beer belly.... he told us to wait fr a sec while he went in and orderd a mug....meanwhile outside Rakshat asked bhabiji, who was most eager to oblige, tht among him and me who was most likely to start drinking, she promptly luked at me and replied "Akshat"...Rakshat seemd happy with the answer....but i assume she just said that cuz of her "LUV" for him...[:D](dude...plzz dont delete this part)...... no sooner was this conversation over raman emerged back out red eyed...he had just gulped down the mug in less than 30 secs....I was amazed..... meanwhile The two happy couple were already outside waiting to go back to sumbody's house...[;)]....

As it turned out Kishore was dropped home by, a suddenly friendly, Raman....(some booze does help ppl become close friends). Kishore's chick took an auto home, Raghu and her potti took an auto, dont know to whose place, ...[;)]...Bhabiji also took an auto home, but was slightly sad saying bye to rakshat.... As for the remaining three of us...we shared an auto for a major portion of our jouney back....I was so glad the day had ended.
I still remember the conversation we had on our way back....esp this sentence, rakshat told me...."salle, agar tune aaj ke baad phir piya to tujhse bada kamina kahin koi nahi hoga"...[:D]
(Guess mein kamina hi ban gaya bad mein, kyun???)

Actually looking back at that day 2day......it seemed so insignificant. Writing this makes me feel that some of the readers might think tht this person is self obsessd and want other people to know every bit of his life as if he is a celebrity...but the truth is...that day seemed so much bigger back then, it makes u think how u've grown mentaly since that day and how have your perceptions to various things changed over the years, also i honestly met the true Rakshat then and i'm happy that i did....I can confidently say that Rakshat has not changed his beliefs, his fundamentals....and stands by them as strongly 2day as he did back then!!!!
Well, if still people think about me being self obsessed, "Tough luck dude!!!!, y dont dont u create your own blog!!!!"....we'll see then!!! [:)]

Attention readers: You'll be seeing a lot of me in here!!!! and i as you have already seen, i am quite generous with words....and i dont mind that honestly!!!! constructive comments are a welcome....[:)]. Thank you!!!!

Also i'm a lill cheap, so i've decided to promote my blog "Your's truly" through Rakshat's(which i dont think he'll mind 1 bit).....so ppl do the world a favour jus drop in in my blog also!!! doing so will prevent deforestation and help many NGOs!!!!![:D] Grazie!!!!
